1. What type of information do we collect from you?
We obtain personal information when you visit our website, place an order, sign up for our email communications or enter a competition. This might be data provided by you and/or information automatically recorded when you use the site.
The data that is collected includes personal details necessary to deliver the requested service, e.g. fulfilment of order, sending communication and dealing with competitions.

2. How is your information used?
We use the data provided by you to fulfil a contract and for legitimate business interests. This includes:
– To fulfil your order;
– To contact you regarding issues related to your account e.g. confirmation of address;

We manage the purchasing process, as well as the subsequent data management, through third party providers that specialise in secure data management and storage.
Your card information is NOT held by us or the third party database provider, it is collected by our third party payment processors (Barclaycard and PayPal), who deal with all our credit/debit card payments. They specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or is required by law.
3. Who has access to your information?
The Razzberry Bazaar team has access to your information to fulfil your order and deal with any queries that may arise. Incoming emails to our customer service email address will be answered by any member of the admin team. In certain circumstances emails might be passed on to another member of staff to deal with a specific aspect of the query.
We may pass your information on to our third-party service providers for the purpose of completing your order. However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and comply with the GDPR.
Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties unless you have expressly permitted us to.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. However, we will release your information if we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
We will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use.
4. Your choices about receiving information
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us via email. If you do not want to receive newsletters, special offers or other general communication, then you can select your preferences when you make a purchase from us or when you sign up to the newsletter. Each general communication we send out includes an option to update your preferences and to unsubscribe from the communication.
We will reserve the right to contact you regarding your orders, e.g. enquiries regarding delivery details etc. even if you have unsubscribed from our general communications.
We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email unless you have given your prior permission. 5. How you can access and update your subscription information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. If there are any changes to your details, you can make those via your account on our website or alternatively, you can email us or contact us by telephone on +44 (0)191 2963133 (between GMT 1000 and 1700 Monday to Friday). Similarly, if you would like us to erase your information from our databases, please contact us via email or by phone.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. These so called “Subject Access Requests” from individuals should be made by email, addressed to the data controller.
We have security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. This includes information held by us and by our third party data management service providers. Our risk and impact assessment is reviewed regularly.
Information normally transmitted over the internet, e.g. in the form of emails can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access your account on our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. These interactions and the information gained are always subject to the User’s privacy setting for each social network. Be aware that this type of service might still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.

10. Transferring your information outside of Europe
As part of the services offered to you through this website, the information which you provide to us may be stored and processed in countries outside the European Union (“EU”). By way of example, this might happen as some of our third party providers operate out of the US. Through our agreements with those third parties we will endeavour to ensure that these providers offer an adequate level of protection of your rights and freedoms in relation to the processing of personal data and that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this policy and in compliance with GDPR.
